Spotlessly clean hotel in a nice building near to west plains for the ICGMA Convention and a nearby restaurant and West Plains Quality Inn. Variety of goodies for breakfast. The pool area is nice too. Everything nice. Great and absolutely perfect location in the middle of jackson, easy to get around. Overall very good stay on a long road trip.

Selection of food was very good. Food overall was good. Enjoyed the exercise room and pool looked great but didn't have time for a swim. Shower was great--very nurturing! Appreciate the handicap parking!!
Suggestions to improve the breakfast experience: Do not refrigerate butter--needs to be spreadable. Do not line chaffing dishes w/ aluminum foil --there was quite a bit of aluminum foil in the eggs after several servings--need to use foil tray liners. Use Folgers classic coffee---coffee was entirely too bitter!

motel breakfast we left at 7:30 am and scrambled eggs, potatoes, gravey was stone cold. Very uneatable not happy,ate breakfast across the street.

Clean room, and ample amenities. We specifically appreciated the easy access to free parking and the indoor pool.

Staying here was great because I could easily stroll to the harlin museum and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the west plains aquatic park. The spacious room added even more comfort to my experience as a family with children.

We loved exploring the beautiful outdoors and hitting the trails like the Georgia White Walking Trail. The hotel had a cozy indoor pool that was perfect for my teens after a long day. And breakfast had great options!
In my wife's opinion, the AC unit was quite loud, tough to sleep at times. Adding thicker curtains would help block out light better.

The room was spacious and clean, with comfy beds, a plus. The bathroom was super clean, and it had decent amenities. I did notice some dingy towels, a bummer. The toilet handle needed to be held down for the whole flush. It was okay, but a few small details could use some work.
